State-of-the-art analysis and CAD techniques utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, ie: REVIT STRUCTURE, 3-D finite element modeling software, as well as design software for reinforced concrete, structural steel, cold-formed steel and foundations.

Experience in the structural application of the following building codes: IBC, UBC, FEMA and ASCE rehabilitation codes.

Structural Design experience with structural steel, reinforced masonry, reinforced concrete, wood, and light gauge steel buildings and other structures.

Experience in seismic, wind, snow, and special loading applications. Building lateral design utilizing shear walls, structural steel braced and moment frames.

Extensive experience in design of structures in high Seismic and wind areas, in addition to alpine environments with high snow load and avalanche loading.

Joseph D. Crilly, P.E., S.E., MSCE, President. Over twenty-five years experience in structural engineering and construction management. Joe has produced engineering designs specializing in structural steel, reinforced masonry, reinforced concrete, cold-formed steel design, and wood framing design. Joe's Masters Thesis investigated cyclical performance of wood shear walls and developed a new holdown assembly to improve performance.

Keith Farrell, Bachelors of Science in Architecture, BIM/CAD Specialist utilizing AutoDesk Building Design Suite Premium, a building design software for BIM and CAD. Keith started his post graduate carreer with a Texas based architect as an Intern Architect. He had the opportunity to work on custom home designs for clients ranging from country music stars to some NBA stars. Keith has completed the requirements set by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) for the Intern Development Program (IDP) and is currently eligible to sit for the Texas Arhcitect Registration Exam (ARE).
